Q: What kind of products do you sell?
We create and sell products designed to bring smiles and good vibes — think funny and inspirational T-shirts, mugs, totes, framed artwork, and digital downloads you can print or use right away.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Most items ship out within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but you'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We sure do — within 14 days of delivery for physical items, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Note: Custom items and digital downloads are non-refundable.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We happily ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
If your item hasn’t gone into production yet — yes! Email us ASAP at quesitons@chucklechiccreations.com
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Q: How do I access my digital download?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Check your spam folder if it’s missing.
